A leader is someone who encourages people to do better and helps them. They make a difference in the satisfaction level of the people working with him. He should be able to make everyone happy and know what job they would prefer.

If I was a leader I would try to help everyone and make the right choices. I would try to get everyone to like what they are doing and make them happy about it. I would want to be a team leader and make the group happy.
I think I would be a successful leader and everyone being very happy. I would make the best choice that fits the situation and put people in the best groups. Then I would make sure everything goes as plan. Then I could get the job done
